AR-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測AR轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。Androgen Receptor(AR)屬于核受體超家族中的類固醇受體,通過介導(dǎo)雄**的作用調(diào)控多種基因的表達。
AR-GFP報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中Androgen 信號通路、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型研究等。
pGMAR-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個AR結(jié)合位點，可以高效地檢測AR的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得AR-GFP報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。AR GFP Reporter Plasmid（AR-GFP報告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
pGMAR-GFP可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細胞。
