產(chǎn)品描述
MEF3-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測MEF3(myocyte enhancer factor 3)轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。
MEF3-GFP報告基因主要應用于Myocyte Enhancer Factor 3信號通路、**研究、相關基因的調(diào)控和功能的研究。
pGMMEF3-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個MEF3結(jié)合位點，可以高效地檢測MEF3的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得MEF3-GFP報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。MEF3 GFP Reporter Plasmid MEF3-GFP報告基因質(zhì)粒
