產(chǎn)品描述
MR-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒(MR luciferase reporter plasmid)是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測(cè)MR轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。MR(mineralocorticoid receptor)是核受體家族的一員，通過(guò)**信號(hào)的傳遞和激活醛固醇靶基因的表達(dá)，調(diào)節(jié)多種生理病理反應(yīng)。
MR-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒主要應(yīng)用于Mineralocorticoid Receptor信號(hào)通路、**研究、相關(guān)基因的調(diào)控和功能的研究。
pGMMR-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)MR結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測(cè)MR的激活水平。同時(shí)，對(duì)載體中預(yù)測(cè)出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得MR報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。MR Luciferase Reporter Plasmid MR-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒

使用說(shuō)明
pGMMR-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測(cè)試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測(cè)試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
