AAT-promoter luciferase reporter plasmid（AAT-promoter-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質(zhì)粒）用于檢測AAT-Promoter轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。AAT-promoter luciferase reporter plasmid（AAT-promoter-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質(zhì)粒），又稱serine peptidase inhibitor,cladeA,member 1或serine proteinase inhibitor,cladeA,member 1(簡稱SERPINA1)，是一種可以被分泌到細(xì)胞外的絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑，可以抑制elastase、plasmin、thrombin、trypsin和chymotrypsin等。AAT基因缺陷時會導(dǎo)致肺氣腫(emphysema)或肝臟**等。

AAT-Promoter熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質(zhì)粒）（AAT-Promoter luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測AAT-Promoter轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。AAT(alpha 1-Antitrypsin或alpha-1 antiproteinase，也簡稱為A1AT)，又稱serine peptidase inhibitor,cladeA,member 1或serine proteinase inhibitor,cladeA,member 1(簡稱SERPINA1)，是一種可以被分泌到細(xì)胞外的絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑，可以抑制elastase、plasmin、thrombin、trypsin和chymotrypsin等。AAT基因缺陷時會導(dǎo)致肺氣腫(emphysema)或肝臟**等。

pGMAAT-Promoter-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點插入了AAT啟動子，可以高靈敏度地檢測AAT-Promoter的轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒對轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合的特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得AAT-Promoter報告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。

使用說明
pGMAAT-promoter-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
