PU.1熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質粒）（PU.1 luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發的用于檢測PU.1轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。PU.1轉錄因子因其DNA結合區識別共有序列GAGGAA，故該區又被稱為PU.1 box。PU.1主要在造血系統如髓細胞和B**細胞中表達，調節關鍵髓系基因的轉錄從而調控造血系統的分化。

PU.1報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中PU.1的活性、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMPU.1-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個PU.1結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測PU.1的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。由于質粒體積減小，使得PU.1報告基因更易于轉染。PU.1 luciferase reporter plasmid （PU.1-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質粒）

使用說明

pGMPU.1-Lu可以采用常規轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
