產(chǎn)品描述

HSF熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質(zhì)粒）（HSF luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測HSF轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。HSF(heat shock transcription factors)主要在于控制熱應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的動態(tài)平衡。

HSF報告基因主要通過檢測細(xì)胞中熱休克轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的轉(zhuǎn)錄活性來檢測熱休克反應(yīng)、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMHSF-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個HSF結(jié)合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測HSF的激活水平。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得HSF報告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。HSF luciferase reporter plasmid （HSF-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
