產品描述
Sox2-Luc熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質粒）（Sox2 luciferase reporter plasmid）是自主研發的用于檢測Sox2轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。Sox2基因在核重編和誘導多功能干細胞（ipsc）方面有重要的作用。Sox2基因包括DNA結合的HMG box和攜帶Oct4的復合體，目的是維持多能性。
Sox2報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中Sox2轉錄因子的轉錄活性、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMSox2-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個Sox2結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測Sox2的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。由于質粒體積減小，使得Sox2報告基因質粒更易于轉染。Sox2 luciferase reporter plasmid （Sox2 螢火蟲熒光素酶報告基因質粒)
